Is my booking protected?
Absolutely. We’re proud members of iPRAC, the global accreditation body for trusted short-term rental providers. Once you’ve completed your booking, simply register it with iPRAC to enjoy full protection and complete peace of mind.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that travel plans can change.
- 14 days or more before arrival: Full refund
- 7–13 days before arrival: 50% refund
- Less than 7 days before arrival: Non-refundable
This policy helps us manage our calendar efficiently and provide the best service to all guests.
How do I book a property?
Booking is quick and simple. Browse our available properties and choose the one that best suits your needs. You can complete your booking online, or contact us if you need any assistance at any stage, our team is happy to assist you.
Do you offer discounts for long-term stays?
Yes, we offer special rates for extended stays, especially for contractors, relocations, and business travellers. Contact us directly to discuss availability and receive a tailored quote.
Are pets allowed?
Unfortunately, we do not allow pets at any of our properties. We appreciate your understanding and recommend making alternate arrangements for your furry friends.
Is parking available?
Many of our properties include free or secure parking, either on-site or nearby. Please check the individual property listing or contact us before booking to confirm availability.
Do you offer airport transfers or transport recommendations?
While we don’t provide airport transfers directly, we’re happy to recommend trusted local transport services, taxi firms, or ride-share options. Just ask!
Booking & Check-In
Details relating to the booking process, arrival, and property access.
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available on request, just let us know in advance and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Do you offer early check-in or late check-out?
Yes, we try to be flexible whenever possible. If your request doesn’t conflict with other bookings or cleaning schedules, we’ll be happy to arrange it. Please reach out in advance to confirm.
Is luggage drop-off allowed?
Yes, we do allow luggage drop-off at most of our properties. You’re welcome to drop your bags from 12:00 PM on the day of your arrival, even if check-in is later. Just send us a message once your booking is confirmed, and we’ll provide instructions for access.
Is there a security deposit?
Some properties may require a refundable security deposit to cover potential damages. Full details will be provided at the time of booking. This deposit is returned promptly after your stay, provided the property is left in good condition.
How do I access the property?
You’ll receive clear check-in instructions including a key code or key collection method before your arrival. Most of our properties use secure self-check-in with a lockbox or smart lock for your convenience.

Is there Wi-Fi available?
Yes, all of our properties are equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi for your convenience.
Are towels and bed linen provided?
Yes, we provide fresh towels and hotel-quality bed linen in all of our properties.
Do you provide toiletries?
We provide basic essentials, including hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash to get you started. For longer stays, we recommend bringing or purchasing additional personal items as needed.
Is the kitchen fully equipped?
Yes, our kitchens come with all the essentials, including cooking utensils, pots and pans, crockery, cutlery, a kettle, toaster, and microwave. Many also include an oven and fridge/freezer—check the listing for full details.
Is the property professionally cleaned?
Yes, all of our properties are professionally cleaned to a high standard before each guest’s arrival.
Do you provide cleaning during the stay?
For short stays, a one-time cleaning is included before your arrival. For longer stays, mid-stay cleaning and linen changes can be arranged at an additional cost—just let us know.

Can I extend my stay?
We’re happy to extend your booking if the property is available. Please get in touch as soon as possible to check availability and rates.
What if I lose my keys or have trouble accessing the property?
If you encounter any issues accessing the property, contact us immediately. We have local support and can assist you quickly to ensure minimal disruption to your stay.
What if I need help during my stay?
Our support team is here for you. If you need assistance, just call or email us, and we’ll respond promptly to make sure everything is sorted.
