Booking Policy

Our booking system is designed to offer flexibility and clarity for our guests. Reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card at the time of booking to secure your stay. This ensures a seamless experience and peace of mind for both parties.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Cancellations made 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival are fully refundable. If you cancel within 7 to 14 days of your arrival, you'll receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before your arrival are non-refundable, as we need adequate time to ensures that we can effectively manage our availability and offer the best experience for all guests.

No Show Policy

Our no-show policy charges the full reservation amount if you fail to check in on the scheduled date without prior notice. If circumstances change, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss alternative arrangements.

Please place used towels in the laundry basket located in the bathroom.


Throw Rubbish Away

Please ensure all rubbish is disposed of in the bins provided.


Turn Things Off

Please remember to turn off the lights when you leave. Thank you for helping us save energy!

Lock up

Please make sure to lock the door securely when you leave.


Return keys

Please return the keys to the lockbox located at the back entrance above gas meters, remember to alternate the numbers once key is in box.
